摘要 <p>The device comprises a solar microwave reactor for pyrolysis/torrefaction, and a cyclonic reactor. A gasification process comprises pyrolyzing/torrefying the compounds into carbon and pyrolysis gas in the microwave solar reactor caused by heating of compounds contained in the solar microwave reactor by synergic heat energy brought together by heating of walls of the reactor by concentration and convergence or reflection of solar radiation at the surface of the walls and by microwaves injected directly inside the reactor and compounds. The device comprises a solar microwave reactor for pyrolysis/torrefaction, and a cyclonic reactor. A gasification process comprises pyrolyzing/torrefying the compounds into carbon and pyrolysis gas in the microwave solar reactor caused by heating of compounds contained in the solar microwave reactor by synergic heat energy brought together by heating of walls of the reactor by concentration and convergence or reflection of solar radiation at the surface of the walls and by microwaves injected directly inside the reactor and compounds, and transforming coal and pyrolysis gas from solar microwave reactor into carbon monoxide and hydrogen by redox chemical reactions occurring in the cyclonic reactor. The cyclonic reactor provides formation of cyclonic vortex gas and oxidizes the carbon particles by the combustion of pyrolysis gas or additional gas by injecting in the cyclonic reactor of gas or mixture of heated gas by directly heating the gas present in the reactor under microwave action injected directly into the cyclonic reactor. The solar microwave reactor for pyrolysis/torrefaction comprises a unit for introducing the substrate to be treated without contamination by ambient air or rejection of a gas in the external environment, a unit for advancing the substrate inside the solar microwave reactor for pyrolysis/torrefaction circulating the gas inside the reactor, a unit for injecting microwaves inside the solar microwave reactor for pyrolysis/torrefaction without contamination or deterioration of waveguides used for injection, a unit for exiting the substrate after treatment separated from gas flowing in the solar microwave reactor, an inlet unit for entering the substance separated from substrates and gas in the cyclonic reactor, a unit for separately recovering the substrates after treatment and the gas in outlet of the cyclonic reactor, a unit for introducing microwaves in the cyclonic reactor without clogging waveguides for introducing the microwaves. The system for entering and exiting the substrate from the solar microwave reactor comprises elements such as a sphere, a cylinder on which cavities are arranged. The element is adjusted in a chamber comprising holes allowing the entering and exiting substrates from cavities and filters for suction of ambient air contained in the cavities using the pumps, and cyclones having double tangential and longitudinal entry. The microwave injection system comprises waveguides merging with a gas injecting pipe. The system for advancing the substrates in the solar microwave reactor comprises worm screw of which a part is bristle brush and the ends of the thread are constituted of a contiguous part. The combustion chamber of cyclonic reactor is connected with different cyclones, propellers, knives, torches and electrodes. The cyclone reactor comprises double-entry cyclones, tubes for raising flow between the cyclones, and blades for lowering substrates between cyclones. The system for producing the vacuum is a solar pump that comprises blades, rotors, nested pipes, porous bodies and solar concentrators, and is operated using micro-waveguides, gas guides, mixed guides and magnetrons coupled with Bernoulli effect.</p>
