PURPOSE: An earthquake-proof reinforcement structure for a masonry structure and a construction method thereof are provided to improve earthquake-resistance properties in repairing or remodeling construction without additional equipment. CONSTITUTION: An earthquake-proof reinforcement structure for a masonry structure comprises a stiffener(100), a frame(200), and frame fixing anchors(300). The stiffener is adhered to a brick wall(BW). The frame is adhered to the surface of the brick wall which is in contact with a column(C) and a beam(B). Multiple anchor holes are drilled in the frame. The frame fixing anchors fix the frame to the column, the beam, and the brick wall. |
