PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique relating to an elastic connector for connecting connection target members with a state hard to deviate, wherein the technique can make the initial cost low, can produce the elastic connector quickly, and has a high production efficiency, even when the new elastic connector having a different height from an already existing elastic connector is produced. SOLUTION: A long axis column shaft large in length with holes into each of which an adhesive or a conductive material is filled is formed into a tube made of a rubber-like elastic body having a plurality of holes. An elastic connector 11 is obtained by cutting the long axis column shaft in a perpendicular direction (crossing direction). In the elastic connector 11, cutting planes 11a, 11b, which expose a conductive section 13 having conductivity and a clamping section 14 adhering to a connection target member, can be formed always on the end surfaces by cutting the long axis column shaft into a desired length.
