<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stainless steel member which is usable for the power collecting member of a solid oxide type fuel cell, and in which surface electric conductivity and prevention of chromium poisoning are simultaneously improved. <P>SOLUTION: In the high temperature conductive member, ferrite stainless steel containing, by mass, 11-40% Cr and 1-6% Al, is made a base material, and a nickel coating layer of the thickness of 1-200 μm and the Cr content of 0-2 mass% is provided to a surface layer. The high temperature conductive member has an intermediate layer of the thickness of 0.5-50 μm, where at least one kind of NiAl and Ni<SB>3</SB>Al generated by the reaction of Ni in the nickel coating layer and Al in the base material is present, between the nickel coating layer and the base material during use. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
