PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wearable sensor device for accurately determining the safety of an operator and for securing the safety of the operator, and to provide a behavior analyzing/monitoring device including the wearable. SOLUTION: The wearable sensor device is configured so as to be put on an operator, and include: a means for obtaining the pulse rate of the operator; a means for obtaining the quantity of movement of the operator; a means for obtaining emergency notification information to let the operator notify emergency situations; and a means for wirelessly communicating the pulse rate and the quantity of movement and the emergency notification information to the other terminal equipment.
