<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery device which enhances the durability of a roof tile by installing a leg for supporting a supporting frame for mounting a solar cell module, while securing the strength of the leg without forming a large hole in the roof tile, and which enables repair and component replacement of a mechanism for height adjustment of the solar cell module during the maintenance etc. of the device to be performed without removing the roof tile when a malfunction is found in the mechanism, and to provide an implement for mounting the solar battery device on a roof. <P>SOLUTION: This solar battery device includes the leg installed on the roof, the supporting frame which is fixed in the upper portion of the leg, and the plurality of solar cell modules which are mounted on the supporting frame. The supporting frame includes an adjusting mechanism for vertically adjusting a mounting height of the solar cell module.
