PURPOSE: A probe for an ultrasonic diagnostic equipment and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce noise by positioning a ground electrode and a signal electrode close to each other. CONSTITUTION: A probe for an ultrasonic diagnostic equipment comprises a sound absorption layer(110), a first connector(120) and a piezoelectric body(130). The sound absorption layer comprises sound traps(111,112). The first connector comprises an electrode(125) which is formed into the arrangement direction to be separated. The first connector is welded between the sound trap. The piezoelectric body is arranged to be electrically connected to electrode. The first connector is arranged as the lengthwise of the sound trap. The first connector comprises the flexible printed circuit board.
