<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a plurality of drive force increasing and decreasing devices including a specific drive force increasing and decreasing device capable of executing control in plurality of control styles and combination of those so as to set drive force of a vehicle to target drive force of the vehicle with at least one of energy saving, environmental load handled appropriately. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This control device evaluates superiority of each drive force increasing and decreasing device in at least one of energy saving, environmental load and durability based on a travel state of a vehicle (step 40-90), operates target individual increasing and decreasing control quantity of each drive force increasing and decreasing device for controlling the vehicle drive force increasing and decreasing control quantity to the target increasing and decreasing control quantity based on the target increasing and decreasing control quantity and evaluation results of superiority (step 100-180), and controls each drive force increasing and decreasing device based on the target individual increasing and decreasing control quantity. The control device evaluates superiority of the specific drive force increasing and decreasing means for each control style but does not evaluate the superiority for combination of the control styles (step 40-90).
