The pump (1) has a pumping piston (7) that is movably guided approximately radial to a drive shaft (2), where the pumping piston is supported at an eccentric cam (5) of the drive shaft and is driven to execute a stroke. A support element (16) is supported at the eccentric cam at a side of the drive shaft, where the side is turned away from the pumping piston. The pumping piston and the support element are held in attachment at the eccentric cam by a frame (18), where the frame engages the pumping piston and the support element, and prestresses against the eccentric cam radially inwards.
