PURPOSE: A simple food using brown rice as a primary material, comprising steamed brown rice powder, doenjang powder, steamed beef powder, and dried food additive powder, is provided to enable a taker to conveniently carry the simple food and to prevent the decomposition of the food. CONSTITUTION: A simple food using brown rice as a primary material comprises 70-88 weight% of steamed brown rice powder(R), 4-15 weight% of doenjang powder(S), 6-8 weight% of steamed beef powder(B), and 2-7 weight % of dried food additive powder(A). The steamed brown rice powder is separately sealed. The doenjang powder, the streamed beef powder, and the dried food additive powder are put into a container and the container is sealed. |
