<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card connector, wherein a plurality of protrusions are formed on a surface of a slide member to slide to retain a card, a slide member is damped by intermittently making a cantilever-shaped flat spring member formed in a shell abut to the plurality of protrusions, an appropriate degree of damping force can stably be exerted at appropriate timing regardless of accuracy of the card; the card can be surely and stably ejected at an appropriate speed, and the card is not protruded. <P>SOLUTION: A cover member includes a cantilever-shaped damping member in which an end is integrally linked to the cover member and a slide is formed on a free end, the slide member includes a portion to be damped including a damping face to which a slide can abut, and a plurality of protrusions arranged in a direction of card insertion are formed on the damping face. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
