PURPOSE: A potential of hydrogen(pH)-sensitive compound and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to induce the extinction of cells through a photo thermal process after the coherence of a pH-sensitive nanoparticle. CONSTITUTION: A potential of hydrogen(pH)-sensitive compound or its salt are marked with chemical formula I. A manufacturing method of the pH-sensitive compound comprises the following steps: reacting lipoic acid and ethylene diamine to obtain a compound marked with chemical formula II; reacting the compound marked with the chemical formula II with citraconic anhydride to obtain a compound marked with chemical formula III; and reacting the compound marked with the chemical formula II with sodium borohydride.
