<p>PURPOSE: A mobile terminal and a method of executing data communication using the same are provided to supply a UI for access in case of access to a paid communication network to select the access, thereby fundamentally blocking data communication through an undesired communication network. CONSTITUTION: A controller detects an event necessary for data communication(S100). The controller determines access to the first communication network(S110). If the first communication network is a paid network, the controller provides an UI(User Interface) requesting access to the first communication network(S120,S130). If a signal is not received through the UI within a fixed period, the controller stops access to the first communication network(S140,S170).</p> |
