FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to ophthalmology, and can be used in surgical treatment of secondary phakomorphous glaucoma. Carried out are: ablation of crystalline lens, separation of goniosynechias, smoothing of fixed root folds of iris by dosed tightening of iris tissue from radix to pupil with further application through corneal paracentesis of fixing suture or sutures, tightening root zone of the iris. For application of suture double-needle needle 10.0 with polypropylene thread 30 mm long is used, first, puncture of iris to one side is made, then with the second needle puncture of iris to the opposite side is performed, ends of threads are tied up. Punctures are performed in such way that obtained after tying up of threads trapezoidal suture was facing limb with its base. ^ EFFECT: method allows to increase area of opening of anterior chamber angle (ACA) due to application of trapezoidal suture, fixing large amount of iris. ^ 2 ex |
