PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a method for manufacturing a vehicle constituent member made of metal platinum in the shape of torsional profile by enabling mechanical properties of the torsional profile member to be correctly determined to the rear axle line of a combining connection trunk in consideration of adjustable integration as much as possible. SOLUTION: In this method, at first a U-shaped hollow (11) is provided in a rectangular metal platinum. Thereafter, legs portion of the platinum are bent near the hollow (11) substantially in parallel with each other and towards the hollow (11), and successively, are deformed into a tubular shape at the end part (2) and into a U-shape at the longitudinal part (3) having the hollow (11) while the longitudinal sides are contacted.
