ELECTRIC BULB-SHAPED FLUORESCENT LAMP AND LIGHTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric bulb-shaped fluorescent lamp capable of increasing a mounting area of circuit components on a base board of a lighting unit and automatizing a mounting operation of the circuit components, and to provide a lighting device having the electric bulb-shaped fluorescent lamp.

SOLUTION: The electric bulb-shaped fluorescent lamp 1 has: a light-emitting tube 4; a cylindrical holder 5 supporting the light-emitting tube 4 and having a support wall 5e projecting inward; the lighting unit 7 having a base board 8 on which circuit components 9 constituting a lighting circuit for controlling lighting of the light-emitting tube 4 are mounted, the base board 8 being axially offset from the center of the holder 5 and longitudinally arranged at a position relationship wherein one end face side abuts on an end face of the support wall 5e of the holder 5 and having an extension section 8a formed on the one end face side and extended to both sides by avoiding the end face of the support wall 5e of the holder 5; and a base 2 arranged on the other end side of the base board 8.
