PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle behavior controller improving characteristics of vehicle behavior and comfort by controlling damping force of suspension and yaw motion of a vehicle according to a road surface condition. SOLUTION: The vehicle behavior controller includes: suspension devices interposed between a vehicle body of the vehicle, and front wheels and rear wheels, each having a damping force-variable mechanism; a first yaw motion adjustment means adjusting driving force of right and left wheels in at least one of the front and rear wheels; a second yaw motion adjustment means adjusting a differential limit degree between the wheels; and a control means controlling the first and second yaw motion adjustment means according to the condition of a road surface to control the yaw motion of the vehicle, and controlling the damping force-variable mechanisms to adjust the damping force of the damping force-variable mechanisms.
