STORAGE SYSTEM

摘要

A storage system comprises a copying means for copying a copy source file system consisting of stored data and key data for referring to the stored data, which is unique to the stored data, from a copy source storage system for storing the copy source file system therein to a copy destination storage system and forming a copy destination file system and an update data specifying means for comparing the key data in the copy source file system with the key data in the copy destination file system and specifying the stored data as update data, which is stored in the copy source file system and referred to by the key data stored in the copy source file system and not found in the copy destination file system.  The copying means copies the update data stored in the copy source file system to the copy destination file system.
