<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer with a cutter having a reissuing function capable of preventing leakage of information. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The printer 100 with the cutter 40 which issues cutform paper P on which information D is printed includes: a cutform paper conveying path 3 through which the cutform paper P is reconveyed and also where a portion provided with the cutter 40 is constituted as a common path 5; an information reading part 30 which is disposed in the cutform paper conveying path 3 and reads the information D on the cutform paper P; a memory part 94 in which the information D is stored; and an authentication processing part 96 which restricts readout of the information D stored in the memory part 94, wherein the information D on the cutform paper P1 being a disposal object is read by the information reading part 30 and stored in the memory part 94, and then the cutform paper P1 is cut to be discarded by the cutter 40. The printer 100 has the reissuing function for reissuing the cutform paper P1 by authenticating a user by the authentication processing part 96, reading out the information D from the memory part 94, and printing it by the printing part 10, when reissuing the cutform paper P1.
