PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure reducing valve which suppresses the occurrence of any closed valve failure due to dusts more than a conventional manner. SOLUTION: The pressure reducing valve includes: a primary passage; a secondary passage; and a valve mechanism having a water stopping function for variably adjusting the passage area of a boundary section between the primary passage and the secondary passage, and the valve mechanism includes; a valve seat arranged at the boundary section between the primary passage and the secondary passage; a valve body which is connected to one end of a piston head which receives a primary pressure, and opposite to the valve seat; and a diaphragm which is connected to the other end of the piston head, and receives a secondary pressure, wherein the contact section of the valve body and the valve seat includes a double annular protrusion.
