<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network multifunctional machine system for enabling a user terminal to individually manage destination information for each user. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A network multifunctional machine (100) communicable with at least one user terminal connected to a network includes: an operation display means (101) for inputting and displaying information; a storage means (102) for storing information on access to a destination information list preserved in each user terminal (200) and limited in use; and a control means (103) for accessing the destination information list of the relevant user terminal on the basis of the access information selected through the operation display means and, only when the use of the destination information list is permitted, setting destination information of the destination information list selectable.
