PURPOSE: A user interface providing method and a recording medium for a public clerk capable of withdrawing ready money to be used on the very day are provided to prevent the waste of manpower unnecessary for the additional management staff by using an automated machine for receipt and disbursement. CONSTITUTION: A ready money withdrawal unit(135) pays supplies on hand to a staff requesting the supplies on hand according to each supplies on hand request. A ready money deposit unit(125) offers the supplies on hand function of payment to the staff receiving the supplies on hand according to each supplies on hand payment request. A power supply unit supplies the power to mho receipts and payments automatic teller machine. A controller controls each function configuration unit in the receipts and payments automatic teller machine. |
