A track kit for multiple wheeled vehicles comprises at least one flexible track which is adapted to engage circumferential tread portions of two or more tandemly spaced and aligned wheels as a continuous loop. The track includes a pair of longitudinally elongated and spaced apart flexible webs, along the length of which are secured a number of laterally extending cleats. The webs are provided in a generally parallel orientation having a length marginally less than the maximum circumferential distance about the tread surface of the wheels. The webs are maintained in a spaced orientation relative to each other by the attachment of an end portion of each cleat to a respective web. The cleats are provided with a plate scraper member or portion which spans laterally across both webs in a generally lateral orientation. The plate scraper member includes a body extending perpendicular to the surface of the webs. An inner edge surface of the scraper plate portion located closest to the wheels has a contour selected to follow the cross-sectional contour of the circumferential tread surface of the tires to assist in maintaining the track centered on the tread surfaces of the wheels. Mounting flanges are provided along the end portions of the cleat to assist in the coupling of each cleat to the webs. The cleats are secured to the webs, with the end portions of each cleat at least partially overlapping and coupled to a corresponding web by the use of mechanical fasteners to minimize wear on the fasteners. The plate scraper member is provided with one or more cut-outs which are aligned with the apertures formed in the mounting plates. The cut-outs are sized to receive an end portion of the fastener arrangement which extends beyond the mounting.
