PURPOSE: A transient pressure prevention apparatus of a superconducting cable is provided to secure the durability of bellow and an oil ring in an air layer and a temperature gradient section by forming temperature gradient section between a liquid nitrogen layer and an air layer. CONSTITUTION: Liquid nitrogen of a superconductive cable is filled from the bottom of a case. A gas case(130) is installed inside the case while having the gas therein. The gas case is contacted or swelled by an external pressure. A bellow(131) is formed at the side of the gas case. A support(120) divides the inside of the case into an upper part and a lower part. The support has a plurality of holes(123) through which upper part and the lower part are communicated.
