<p>PURPOSE: An opening and closing apparatus for a work hole of an electric furnace is provided to prevent malfunction or damage caused by friction between a guide and a raised door by using a winding pipe to raise the door horizontal. CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing apparatus for a work hole of an electric furnace comprises a door(50), a first connecting member(54), a winding unit, and a driving unit(80). The door is formed to slide in a work hole. The first connecting member is connected to the door and wound in the winding unit. The driving unit rotates the winding unit. The winding unit comprises a winding pipe(70), a drive roller connected to the driving unit, and an idle roller around which the first connecting member is wound.</p> |
