<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a sealing property in a method for manufacturing an airtight container including a process of sealing a through-hole with a cover member; and to prevent a sealing material from flowing into the through-hole. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the airtight container comprises: a step (a) of exhausting inside the container 1 through the through-hole 5 arranged on the container; a step (b) of preparing a spacer member 32 along a peripheral edge section of the through-hole 5 on the outer surface of the container where the inside is exhausted; a step (c) of preparing a plate-like member 8 so as to cover the spacer member and the through-hole and to form a gap section 14b along a side face of the spacer member between the plate-like member and the outer surface of the container; and a step (d) of preparing the cover member 13 so as to cover the plate-like member 8 and joining the cover member 13 and the outer surface 6 of the container 1 via the sealing material 12 located between the cover member 13 and the outer surface 6 of the container 1. The sealing material 12 is cured in the joining process after deforming the sealing material 12 so as to fill up the sealing material into the gap section while pushing the plate-like member 8 with the cover member 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
