PURPOSE: A novel compound having CB1 antagonistic activity is provided to suppress CB 1 and to treat alcoholism, parkinson's disease, alzheimer, and vascular dementia. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition having antagonistic activity to CB1 contains 1H-pyrazole-3-amide compounds of chemical formula 1 or pharmaceutically acceptable salt as an active ingredient. A pharmaceutical composition for treating or preventing weight loss or obesity contains the 1H-pyrazole-3-amide compounds of chemical formula 1 or pharmaceutically acceptable salt as an active ingredient.
