PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame for solar cell module for achieving superior water sealing performance and buffering effect by arranging a water sealing member at a desired place and suppressing displacement of the water sealing member. SOLUTION: The frame includes a frame body 21 in which a groove 27 to which a circumferential part is inserted is provided along the longitudinal direction and a water sealing member 23 mainly formed of a soft resin material, integrated with the frame body 21 by extrusion molding to cover an internal wall 37 of the groove 27, and provided between the circumferential part and the internal wall 37 of the groove 27 when the circumferential part is inserted into the groove 27.
