Pharmaceutical composition for treatment of ear infection in animals contains orbifloxacin or one of its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, efficient amount of antifungal pharmaceutically acceptable triazole compound, mometasone furoate monohydrate and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, where said composition represents suspension. Pharmaceutical composition for treatment of infection in animals contains orbifloxacin or one of its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, efficient amount of antifungal compound, represented by chemical structural formula I: mometasone furoate monohydrate and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, where said composition represents suspension.
