PURPOSE: A biomolecule array with improved fluorescence signal and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to obtain biomolecule array with repeat and uniform fluorescence signal. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a biomolecule array with improved fluorescence signal comprises: a step of forming an uniform metal nanopattern on a substrate; a step of forming organic and/or inorganic nanostructure thin film on the uniform metal nanopattern; and a step of arraying fluorescence-labeled biomolecules on the organic and/or inorganic nanostructure thin film or labeling fluorescence molecule.
