PURPOSE: A heat insulation pipe and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize changes in the thickness of an insulation material even if the heat insulation pipe is bent. CONSTITUTION: A heat insulation pipe comprises a pipe(2), a heat insulation material(4), and an outer sheath(6). The pipe transfers a fluid. The heat insulation material is installed on the exterior of the pipe. The outer sheath covers the exterior of the heat insulation material and keeps surface contact with the exterior of the pipe.
