PURPOSE: A method for transmitting the information is provided to optimize the transmission power of the PCFICH signal which transmits CFI according to operating strategy. CONSTITUTION: A base station transmits CFI(Control Format Indicator) update cycle and downlink frame length through broadcasting channel(S120). The terminal receives a signal divided partitioning in the CFI timeout(S130). The terminal annexes the PCFICH signal in the CFI timeout(S140). The terminal obtains the CFI information from the PCFICH signal(S150). The terminal performs demodulation and decryption algorithm of the control information used for the next CFI timeout with the CFI information(S160).
