A central part or block (18) is provided with a gyroscope (20), and is located on the second main part (16) via a set-back mechanism for slight angle deviation in relation to two orthogonal inner axes (72, 74), of which one (72) runs parallel to the intermediate axis (first outer axis). The set-back mechanism is controlled by a regulating circuit (82,84) in accordance with signals supplied by the gyroscope. The positioning devices in relation to the outer axes are provided with set-back systems (84,90), which are controlled by detectors for angle deviations of the inner axes of the central part from a nominal or viewing position.
