<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel saving drive evaluation system which removes stress of a driver and improves his/her fuel saving drive skill step by step, by giving advice suited to the driver according to an evaluation criteria for a fuel saving drive suited to his/her proficiency of the fuel saving drive. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel saving drive evaluation system includes: an engine speed measurement device 1 that measures an engine speed of an evaluation target vehicle 10; a vehicle speed measurement device 2 that measures a vehicle speed of the evaluation target vehicle 10; a fuel flow rate measurement device 3 that measures a fuel flow rate; and a control device 9. The control device 9 stores therein a plurality of both standard values and target values of a parameter (a drive operation parameter) related to a fuel saving drive evaluation of the evaluation target vehicle 10.
