<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin product capable of preventing burrs, generated as part of a resin material shaven by a pressure fitting member, from scattering outside the resin product. <P>SOLUTION: The resin product 1 has a through hole 10 whose inner wall is furnished with a plurality of crests 10M extending parallel in the axial direction, wherein the through hole 10 is configured with a region 10A for pressure fitting furnished with the crests 10M and a non-pressure fitting region 10N free of crests, and the boundary between the two regions is tied by a right-angle wall 10W. A collar 20 is configured with a pressure fitting portion 20P having a diameter able to crush the crests 10M and a guide portion 20G not having such a diameter. Accordingly if the collar 20 is fitted by pressure into the through hole 10, burrs B will stay in the spaces formed by the right-angle wall 10W in the through hole 20 and the pressure fitting portion 20P and the guide portion 20G. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
