PURPOSE: A power conditioning system removing low frequency ripple current and a method thereof are provided to completely eliminate low frequency ripple currents by changing a controlling method of the power converting device. CONSTITUTION: In a power conditioning system removing low frequency ripple current and a method thereof, a power converting device converts the output of an external current power source. A converter(330) converts the voltage of an input power source. An inverter(340) converts the output voltage of the converter into an alternating current. A converter control module(350) outputs a PWM(Pulse-width modulation) signal. The PWM signal controls the switch of the converter.
