<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer set for specifically amplifying a nucleic acid derived from bacteria belonging to the genus Helicobacter, and to provide a method for sensing and/or classifying the bacteria. <P>SOLUTION: The nucleic acid primer set for LAMP amplification for specifically amplifying a nucleic acid derived from bacteria belonging to the genus Helicobacter is provided. The primer set for LAMP amplification includes FIP, F3, BIP and B3.
