PURPOSE: A nature gas separation apparatus is provided, which can obtain high recovery factor of the propane and the ethane, and is more effective to the economy and environment. CONSTITUTION: A natural gas separating device includes: a separator member(102) dividing the condensed natural gas stream into a vapor stream and a first liquid stream; a division member(103) dividing the vapor stream separated from the separator member into a first gas stream and a second gas stream; a compression member(105) compressing the divided first gas stream; a cooling member(106) cooling the compressed first gas stream; a first heat exchange member(107) condensing the cooled first gas stream; a first expansion member(108) expanding the compressed first gas stream; and a distillation tower.
