<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency circuit unit that further reduces the number of parts and the number of steps for the production thereof, while maintaining advantageous performance of a signal terminal in a high frequency region. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This high-frequency circuit unit 10 has a structure, in which a circuit substrate 14, on which a high-frequency circuit is formed is housed in a frame 12; on the circuit substrate 14, an array of terminals 16 to 22 is formed; in the array of terminals, a signal terminal 16 for sending a high-frequency signal is contained and in both sides of the signal terminal 16, low-impedance terminals, such as a ground terminal 18 and a terminal for power source 20, are arranged; and in the frame 12, a grounding plate 12f is arranged adjacent to the signal terminal 16 and the grounding plate 12f, together with the frame 12, are connected to the ground inside the high-frequency circuit.
