<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise suppression device capable of effectively removing or suppressing a noise, as well as simple-structured, small-dimensioned, easy to be fitted in a cable, reduced-cost, and high in durability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A noise suppression device 1 is provided with: one circuit element 61 functioning as a register, one end of which is connected to one shield member 93 and the other end of which is connected to the other shield member 93; and the other circuit element 62 functioning as an inductor, one end of which is connected to one shield member 93 and the other end of which is connected to the other shield member 93 in parallel with respect to the one circuit element 61.
