<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal history storage system and a personal history storage method which are capable of determining whether an operation log has been created by operations of an owner of a terminal. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The personal history storage system includes: a specific operation storage part 103 wherein specific operation information being a specific operation indicating a condition of addition of a personal mark showing that the owner of the terminal is operating is stored; a monitoring part 101 which detects contents of an operation performed on the terminal; a specific operation detection part 104 which detects agreement between a monitoring result and the specific operation; and a storage part 105 wherein the personal mark is added to the monitoring result to store the monitoring result in the case of agreement between the monitoring result and the specific operation stored in the specific operation storage part 103 and the monitoring result is stored in the case of disagreement between the monitoring result and the specific operation stored in the specific operation storage part 103.
