<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost and highly sensitive reflective optical coupling device and an electronic equipment mounting the reflective optical coupling device. <P>SOLUTION: The reflective optical coupling device comprises: a light emitting part comprising a light emitting chip emitting infrared light, and a first infrared light transmissive resin part 5 covering the light emitting chip and transmitting the infrared light; a first light receiving part comprising a first light receiving chip receiving infrared light, and a second infrared light transmissive resin part 6 covering the first light receiving chip and transmitting infrared light; a second light receiving part comprising a second light receiving chip receiving visual light, and a visual light transmissive resin part 7 covering the second light receiving chip and transmitting the visual light; and a light shielding block 8 isolating the light emitting part and the first light receiving part.
