摘要	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum pump device which does not use an electric motor. SOLUTION: The intake chambers 17, 18 of air ejectors 2, 4 are connected to a compressed air tank 1, and an intake fluid pipe 5 is connected to the intake chambers 17, 18. Then a three-way selector valve 26 is intervened between the air ejectors 2, 4, and an outlet pipe 11 is connected to the diffusers 19, 20 of the air ejectors 2, 4. The end of the outlet pipe 11 is connected to an exhaust tank 9, and a compressed air discharge pipe 10 and a liquid discharge pipe 12 are each connected to the exhaust tank 9. The need for an electric driving source such as an electric motor can be eliminated by producing vacuum by the compressed air which is supplied from the compressed air tank 1 to the air ejectors 2, 4.
