<p>PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to reduce the thickness without an additional polarization film by including a touch panel with a polarization function. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting display panel(110) includes a substrate(101), an organic light emitting unit(102), and an encapsulation substrate(103). The organic light emitting unit is arranged on the substrate. The encapsulation substrate encapsulates the organic light emitting unit. A touch panel is arranged on the encapsulation substrate. The touch panel has a polarization function. The touch panel includes a first film and a second film. The first film is arranged on the encapsulation substrate.
