PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a ceramic substrate and electronic component is provided to prevent generation of plasticity stain and to suppress bending of the ceramic substrate. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a ceramic substrate and electronic component comprises: a step of forming a unit(8) which is directly inserted to a porous ceramic fired materials(5a,5b); and a step of plasticizing the unit. Plural perforated holes are formed in the porous ceramic fired materials. The length of open space is more than 0.5 mm. The pore rate of the porous ceramic fired materials is 30-85%.
