NONCOMBUSTIBLE AGENT INJECTED STYROFOAM

PURPOSE: A noncombustible styrofoam containing a flame retardant is provided to control the generation of poisonous gas by simply inserting the fire retardant to a styrofoam for a construction. CONSTITUTION: A noncombustible styrofoam containing a flame retardant is obtained by inserting the liquefied flame retardant into a styrofoam using a flame retardant injector and dry-curing the flame retardant. The flame retardant injector comprises the styrofoam(400), plural spray needles(300) randomly attached to the styrofoam, a spray hose(210) connected to the spray needles; a spray brancher(200) connected to the spray needles; a connecting tube(110) connecting the spray hose and a high pressure sprayer(100); and the high pressure sprayer spraying the liquefied flame retardant.
