摘要 The film (1') has an outer layer (4), and inorganic layers (12, 22, 32) respectively formed on organic polymeric layers (11, 21, 31). One of the organic layers form a film face that is delaminated with respect to a rigid silicon/glass substrate (2). The face is made of transparent polymer having reduced adhesion with the substrate. The organic and inorganic layers have thicknesses respectively ranging between 2 and 20 micrometers and between 20 and 200 micrometers, and chosen such that total thickness of the film is greater than or equal to 10 micrometers to allow the delamination of the face. The outer layer is made of transparent conductive oxide such as indium tin oxide and zinc oxide, or a compound chosen from graphene monolayer composite, carbon nanotube and transparent conductive oxide/metal/transparent conductive oxide structure composites. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating a flexible, transparent and self-supporting multi-layer film.
