<p>A working vehicle (1) has mounted thereon a variable capacity type working machine pump (120) having a maximum capacity greater than the capacity necessary and sufficient to achieve required load lifting performance of the working vehicle. While the working vehicle (1) travels with a load lifted by the vehicle, the upper limit of the capacity of the working machine pump (120) is set to the maximum capacity thereof, and in other cases, the upper limit of the capacity of the working machine pump (120) is set to an upper limit below the maximum capacity of the working machine pump (120). Such an upper limit below the maximum capacity can be a capacity necessary and sufficient to achieve required load lifting performance.</p>
