PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic anti-vibration mount with a simplified mount assembly for reducing the risks of jamming. SOLUTION: A hydraulic anti-vibration mount 1 having two damping modes, is disclosed comprising two support members 7, 9, an elastic body 14 that connects the two support members 7, 9 to each other, a working chamber A, a first structural plate 2 with a check valve 8 arranged thereto, an adjustment hole 46, a first restricted passage 11 linking the working chamber A to an intermediate chamber B, a second structural plate 4 having a main port 41, a second restricted passage 12, linking the intermediate chamber B to a compensation chamber C, an auxiliary chamber D supplied by the check valve 8 and emptied by the adjustment hole 46, and equipped with a flexible membrane 3, which is arranged for deforming and closing the main port 41, to switch between the two damping modes.
