<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic inquiry system for guiding a patient to give assumed answers when he or she gives unexpected answers. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic inquiry system includes: a microphone; a speaker; a voice recognition means; a voice output means; a question information storage means wherein the question information of a question sentence to a patient in an inquiry interaction scenario is stored; an inquiry result storage means for storing the answer information of a selected answer to the question sentence in relation to the question sentence; a question read means for successively reading, sounding and outputting the question information; an answer discrimination means for discriminating whether the answer information of the patient is the assumed answer or the unexpected answer; a guide information storage means for storing guide information of a guide sentence for guiding the patient to correctly select an answer to the question sentence corresponding to the type of choices of each question sentence; an answer preservation means for preserving the answer information in the inquiry result storage means in the case of the assumed answer; and a guide output means for sounding and outputting the guide information corresponding to the type of the choices of the question sentence in the case of the unexpected answer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
